This program will aid you in developing Future Ready leaders that are ready for the accelerating pace of change we are all experiencing. The 2-Day Immersion will show your teams a glimpse of the future technologies related to your industry then work through a series of active learning sessions to help them understand the attributes needed to be a future leader.
How it Works
We work with a team of your choosing to understand their current needs and capabilities leveraging our exponential innovation frameworks.
We then leverage those insights in a 2-day immersive program that we can deliver either in-person or digitally.
They leave armed with a new mindset and framework for how to tackle future challenges in a new way.

We extend the experience into an 8-week virtual project where your leaders can practice applying their new skills and mindset on a project of your choosing.
This gives leaders the chance to further develop their skills, work as a team to solve a key issue for your company, and hopefully develop a new product or solution that can drive new growth and revenue for your company. We deliver this solution leveraging a combination of virtual coaching sessions and weekly sprint support (design and engineering support to help build a solution available upon request.)
